Cancellations and Refunds

Registration fees are refundable, less a 15% service charge, if cancellation is made earlier than 14 days before the course date.  No refunds will be given after that date.  All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.  Substitutions from the same organization may be made at any time without penalty.
