Herstellung

1. Die Komponenten der Phase I bei 85 - 90 �C aufschmelzen und homogen vermischen.
2. Komponenten der Phase II mit Hilfe eines Flügelrührers bei langsamer Geschwindigkeit homogen lösen, auf 85 - 90 �C erhitzen und langsam sukzessive unter Rühren in die Phase I geben. Die Rührgeschwindigkeit sollte so gewählt sein, daß das Einrühren von Luft vermieden wird. Die Temperatur 5 Minuten halten.
3. Dann unter Rühren abkühlen. Zum Schluß bei ca. 30 �C das Konservierungsmittel zugeben.

Preparation

1. Melt the components listed under I at 85 - 90 �C and mix it homogeneous.
2. Mix phase II with stirring in slow motion till it is a homogeneous solution, heat it up to 85 - 90 �C and add it slowly bit by bit to phase I with stirring in such a way that it remains in continual motion. Avoid incorporation of air. Hold the temperature for 5 minutes.
3. Allow the emulsion to cool down. Finish at 30 �C and add the preservative.
