Herstellung im Labormaßstab 1. Phase I auf 85� C erwärmen und homogen verrühren. 2. Phase II auf 85� C erwärmen, unter Rühren langsam zu Phase I geben. 3. Phase III (kalt) bei 78�C unter Rühren langsam zu Phase I/II geben. 4. Die Emulsion unter Rühren so abkühlen, daß sie ständig in homogener Bewegung bleibt und keine Luft eingerührt wird. Zugabe Phase IV bei 30� C. Preparation in the laboratory 1. Heat phase I to 85� C and stir until homogeneous. 2. Heat phase II to 85� C and add slowly to phase I while stirring. 3. Add phase III (cold) at 78� C to phase I/II while stirring. 4. Allow the emulsion to cool with stirring in such a way that it remains in continual motion. Avoid incorporation of air.
