Herstellhinweis: 1. Die Komponenten unter I. werden bei 80-85� C geschmolzen und homogen verrührt. 2. Die Phase II. wird ebenfalls auf 80-85� C erhitzt, unter Rühren zu I. gegeben. 15 Minuten bei Raumtemperatur emul-gieren. 3. Die Emulsion wird unter Rühren auf 30� C abgekühlt. Im Verlauf der Abkühlung kann eine Homogenisierung bei 65-55� C zur Strukturverbesserung von Vorteil sein. Preparation on the laboratory scale 1. Melt the components under I at 80-85� C and stir homogeneously. 2. Heat phase II to 80-85� C and stir into phase I. Emulsify for 15 minutes at this temperature. 3. Cool the emulsion to 30� C with stirring. During the cooling process, homogenization at 65-55� C can be advantageous for structure improvement.
