Herstellung

1. Komponenten der Phase I mit Hilfe eines Flügelrührers bei langsamer Geschwindigkeit lösen.
2. Phase II: Die Tylose langsam während starken Rührens in das Wasser geben. Nachdem die Tylose komplett eingerührt ist, das ganze leicht alkalisch stellen und solange rühren, bis eine klare viskose Quellung entstanden ist. Dann den pH-Wert der Quellung auf pH 5,5 einstellen.
3. Die Komponenten der Phase III nach und nach in die Phase I geben, nachdem man sichergestellt hat, daß der pH-Wert dadurch nicht über 6 steigt und homogen rühren.
4. Phase II hinzugeben und homogen vermengen. Zum Schluß das Ethanol zugeben und wenn nötig den pH-Wert einstellen.

Preparation

 1. Mix phase I with stirring in slow motion till it is a homogeneous solution.
2. Phase II: Add the Tylose slowly in the water while stirring with high speed. After completely incorporation, adjust an alkaline pH-value and stir till it is a clear homogeneous swelling. Then adjust the pH-value at 5.5.
3. Add the ingredients of phase III one by one after put in safe keeping the pH-value below 6 to phase I.
4. Stir till homogeneous and add phase II. Stir till complete incorporation. Finally, add the ethanol and adjust the pH-value if necessary.
