Herstellung 1. Die Komponenten der Phase I bei 80 - 85 �C aufschmelzen. 2. Komponenten der Phase II mit Hilfe eines Flügelrührers bei langsamer Geschwindigkeit lösen, auf 80 - 85 �C erhitzen und unter Rühren in die Phase I geben. Die Rührgeschwindigkeit muß so gewählt werden, daß sich die Oberfläche der Emulsion leicht bewegt. So kann das Einrühren von Luft ausgeschlossen werden. 3.Die Temperatur für 5 Minuten halten und dann langsam auf ca. 60 �C abkühlen lassen und heiß abfüllen. Preparation 1. Heat components listed under phase I at 80 - 85 �C and mix homogeneously. 2. Mix components listed under phase II with stirring in slow motion till it is a homogeneous solution. Heat it up to 80 - 85 �C and add to phase I while stirring in such a way that it remains in continual motion. Avoid incorporation of air. 3. Hold the temperature for 5 minutes. Allow the emulsion to cool down to approx. 60 �C. Finally, fill up hot. All products in the text marked with an ® are registered trademarks of the Henkel group.
