Herstellung im Labormaßstab

 Fettphase auf 80 �C erwärmen. Wasserphase auf 80�C erwärmen und unter Rühren in die Fettphase geben. 5 min bei Temperatur emulgieren. Die Emulsion wird auf unter Rühren so abgekühlt, daß sie ständig in homogener Bewegung bleibt und keine Luft eingerührt wird. Zu starkes Rühren, insbesondere unter 50 �C kann zur Senkung der Endviskosität führen. Zugabe Phase III. bei 50 �C. Bei 40 �C Neutralisation mit Phase IV. Rührende bei 30 �C.

Hinweis

Emulsionssysteme auf der Basis von EMULGADE® PL 68/50 können während der Abkühlphase stark ausgeprägte Gelphasen durchlaufen.

Preparation in the laboratory

Heat oil phase to 80� C. Heat aqueous to 80 �C and add oil phase while stirring. Emulsify for 5 min. at this temperature. Allow the emulsion to cool with stirring in such a way that it remains in continual motion without developing a so-called "stirring-cone". Avoid incorporation of air. Excessive stirring, in particular below 50 �C, can lead to the reduction of the final viscosity. Add phase III. at 50 �C. At 40 �C neutralised with phase IV. Finish stirring at 30 �C.

During cooling, emulsion systems on the basis of EMULGADE® PL68/50 can pass through distinct gel phase.
