Herstellung im Labormaßstab

Phase I auf 80� C erwärmen. Phase II auf 80� C erwärmen und unter Rühren in die Fettphase geben. Die Emulsion wird unter Rühren abgekühlt, wobei die Rührgeschwindigkeit so gewählt werden muß, daß die Emulsion zwar in ständiger Bewegung ist, sich aber kein "Rührkegel" bildet und keine Luft eingerührt wird. Die 2%ige Carbopolquellung wird bei 50� C zugegeben; die Neutralisation erfolgt bei 40� C. Zugabe von Konservierungsmittel und Parfüm erfolgt bei Raumtemperatur.

Preparation in the laboratory

Heat phase I to 80� C. Heat phase II to 80� C and add the oil phase while stirring. Allow the emulsion to cool with stirring. The stirring rate must be selected in such a way that the emulsion is kept in continual motion without developing a so-called " stirring cone". Add the 2% Carbopol swelling at 50� C. Neutralisation at 40� C. Add preservative and perfume at room temperature.
