Herstellung im Labormaßstab Die Bestandteile der Fettphase werden bei 80� C geschmolzen und homogen verrührt. Die Wasserphase wird separat auf 80� C erhitzt und unter Rühren langsam, portionsweise zur Fettphase gegeben. Die Emulsion wird unter Rühren auf 50� C abgekühlt. Bei 50� C wird Ethanol langsam zugegeben und wird mittels eines Ultra-Turrax homogenisiert. Hierbei muß beachtet werden, daß ein der Viskosität angepaßter Homogenisierkopf eingesetzt wird. Die Lotion wird unter Rühren weiter abgekühlt. Rührende ist bei 25� C. Kaltherstellung möglich. Preparation in the laboratory Melt the components listed unter I at 80� C and stir until homogeneous. Melt separately the components under II at 80� C and add slowly to phase I while stirring. Allow the emulsion to cool at 50� C while stirring. Add slowly Ethanol at 50� C and homogenize mechanically, e.g. by means of an Ultra Turrax. It is necessary to use a suitable dispersion unit conform to the viscosity.
