Herstellung im Labormaßstab

1. Phase I auf 80� C erwärmen und homogen verrühren.
2. Phase II auf 80� C erwärmen, unter Rühren langsam zu Phase I geben und 5 Min. emulgieren.
3. Phase III wird kalt langsam zur 80� C heißen Phase I/II gegeben.
4. Die Emulsion wird unter Rühren so abgekühlt, daß sie in ständig in homogener Bewegung bleibt und keine Luft eingerührt wird. Zugabe von Phase IV bei 30� C.

Preparation in the laboratory

1. Heat phase I up to 80� C and stir homogeniously.
2. Heat phase II up to 80� C and stir slowly into phase I, emulsify for 5 min.
3. Stir phase III (room temperature) slowly into the hot emulsion I/II (80� C).
4. Allow the emulsion to cool with stirring in such a way that it remains in continual motion. Avoid the incorporation of air. Add phase IV at 30� C.
