Herstellung im Labormaßstab 1. Fettphase auf 80� C erwärmen. Wasserphase auf 80� C erwärmen und unter Rühren in die Fettphase geben. 5 Minuten bei Temperatur emulgieren. 2. Unter 40� C ggf. Zugabe wärmeempfindlicher Additive. Rührende bei 30� C. Preparation in the laboratory 1. Heat oil phase to 80� C. Heat aqueous phase to 80� C and add to oil phase while stirring. Emulsify for 5 minutes at this temperature. 2. Heat-sensitive additives are added below 40� C. Finish stirring at 30� C.
