| Herstellung im
Labormaßstab Komponenten unter I bei 80 - 85�C schmelzen und gleichmäßig vermischen. Komponenten unter II ebenfalls auf 80 - 85�C erwärmen und unter Rühren/Homogenisieren zu Phase I geben. 5 Minuten bei dieser Temperatur emulgieren. Die Emulsion auf 30�C abkühlen. Eine Homogenisierung bei 65-55�C führt zu einer Struktur- und Stabilitätsverbesserung. Preparation in the laboratory Melt the components listed under I at 80-85� and stir until uniform. Heat the components listed under II at 80-85� C and add to phase I while stirring. Emulsify for 5 min. at this temperature. Allow the emulsion to cool to 30� C.
