Herstellung im Labormaßstab 1. Komponenten unter I. bei 80-85� C schmelzen und homogen vermischen. 2. Komponenten unter II. ebenfalls auf 80-85� C erwärmen und unter Rühren zu Phase I. geben. 5 Minuten bei Temperatur emulgieren. 3. Die Emulsion wird unter Rühren und Luftkühlung so abgekühlt, daß sie ständig in homogener Bewegung bleibt und keine Luft eingerührt wird. Bei 65-55� C wird vorsichtig homogenisiert (z.B. Ultra Turrax mit geeignetem Dispergierkopf). Ein intensives Homogenisieren kann unter Umständen eine höhere Viskosität im Endprodukt verursachen. Ggf. Kompensation des Wasserverlustes. 4. Bei Temperaturen unter 30� C Rührende. Preparation on the laboratory scale 1. Melt components under I at 80-85� C and mix homogeneously. 2. Heat components under II to 80-85� C and add to phase I with stirring. Emulsify 5 minutes at this temperature. 3. Allow the emulsion to cool with stirring in such a way that it remains in continual motion. Avoid incorporation of air. Homogenize at 65-55�C by means of a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Ultra Turrax) in order to improve stability and structure. Intensive homogenisation may cause a higher viscosity in the final product. Eventually compensation of the loss of water. 4. Finish at 30� C.
