Herstellung im Labormaßstab

Die Bestandteile der Phase I werden bei 80� C geschmolzen und homogen verrührt. Phase II wird separat auf 80� C erhitzt und unter Rühren langsam, portionsweise zu Phase I gegeben. Die Emulsion wird unter Rühren abgekühlt. Die Zugabe des Konservierungsmittels erfolgt bei 40� C. Rührende ist bei 25� C. Abschließend wird die Creme durch 2 x Walzen oder einer alternativen Zwangshomogenisierung homogenisiert.

Preparation in the laboratory

Melt the components listed under I at 80 C and stir homogeneously. Heat the components listed under II to 80 �C and add to phase I with stirring. Allow the emulsion to cool with stirring. Add the preservative at 40� C. Cool to 25�C. Finally homogenize the cream 2 times by use of a triple roller mill or alternative forced homogenization.
