|
Herstellung im Labormaßstab Phase I wird bei ca. 80� C geschmolzen und homogen verrührt. Das vorgequollene Carbopol wird mit den anderen Komponenten unter II außer NaOH gemischt und auf 80-85� C erhitzt. Phase II wird unter Rühren zu Phase I gegeben. Bei ca. 30�C wird Carbopol mit NaOH neutralisiert. Eine Abfüllung in Dosierpumpen ist empfehlenswert. Preparation in the laboratory Melt phase I at approx. 80� C and stir until homogeneous. Mix the preswollen Carbopol with the other components (except NaOH) listed under II, and heat to 80-85� C. Stir phase II into phase I. Neutralise Carbopol at approx. 30� C with NaOH.
