Herstellung im Labormaßstab 1. Phase I auf 80-85� C erwärmen und homogen verrühren. 2. Phase II auf 80-85� C erwärmen, unter Rühren langsam zu Phase I geben. Mischtemperatur Phase I/II 80-85� C. 3. Die Emulsion wird unter Rühren so abgekühlt, daß sie ständig in homogener Bewegung bleibt und keine Luft eingerührt wird. Preparation in the laboratory 1. Heat phase I at 80-85� C and mix until homogeneous. 2. Heat phase II to 80-85� C and add slowly to phase I while stirring. Mixing temperature of phase I/II 80-85� C. 3. Allow the emulsion to cool with stirring. The stirring rate must be selected in such a way, that it remains in continual motion. Avoid the incorporation of air.
