Herstellung im Labormaßstab

Aus Methocel E4M Premium EP und Wasser wird zunächst eine klare Quellung hergestellt. Danach wird Cosmedia® Guar C 261 N eingestreut und homogen verrührt. Mit Citronensäure wird der pH-Wert leicht angesäuert zur Unterstützung der Quellung von Cosmedia® Guar. Nach abgeschlossener Quellung werden nacheinander Texapon® NSO, Dehyton® K und Lamesoft® PW 45 homogen eingerührt. Abschließend wird der pH-Wert eingestellt.

Preparation in the laboratory

Of Methocel E4M Premium EP and Aqua has to be manufactured a clear swelling. In this swelling Cosmedia® Guar C 261 N has to be strewed and homogenous distributed. With addition of citric acid the pH value will be slightly acidified, which means that Cosmedia® Guar is also starting to swell. After completed swelling Texapon® NSO, Dehyton® K and Lamesoft® PW 45 will be stirred homogeneous into the swelling. At the end the pH value will be focused.
