Herstellung im Labormaßstab

Phase I bei 80-85 �C schmelzen. Phase II auf 80-85 �C erwärmen und in Phase I einrühren. 5 Minuten bei Temperatur rühren. Unter Rühren auf 40 �C abkühlen. Zugabe von Konservierungsmittel und ggf. wärmeempfindlicher Addtive. Unter Rühren auf 30 �C abkühlen. Den pH-Wert z. B. mit Citronensäure einstellen.

Preparation in the laboratory

Melt phase I at 80-85 �C. Heat phase II to 80-85 �C and stir into phase I. Stir at this temperature for 5 minutes. Allow the emulsion to cool to 40 �C with stirring. Add preservative and, if necessary, heat-sensitive additives. Cool down to 30 �C while stirring. Adjust pH value, e.g. with citric acid.
