Herstellung im Labormaßstab 1. Xanthan Gum in PEG-8 einarbeiten, Sorbit, Glycerin und Wasser zufügen und quellen. Anschließend die weiteren Bestandteile aus Phase I zugeben. 2. Bestandteile der Phase II in Wasser lösen und in Phase I einarbeiten. 3. Aroma in Polysorbate-20 einarbeiten und in Mischung aus I+II unterrühren. Unter Vakuum homogenisieren. Abschließend Alkohol unter schwachem Vacuum einarbeiten. Preparation in the laboratory 1. Incorporate Xanthan Gum in PEG-8 and add Sorbitol, Glycerin and water. After swelling add the other ingredients of Phase I. 2. Dissolve ingredients of Phase II in water, stirr into Phase I. 3. Incorporate flavour in Polysorbate-20 and process into phase I + II. Homogenize under vacuum. Finally incorporate ethyl alcohol under reduced vacuum. All products in the text marked with an ® are registered trademarks of the Henkel group.
