Herstellung im Labormaßstab

4. Rührende bei 30 C.

Preparation in the laboratory

1. Melt components of phase I at 80 C and stir homogeneously.
2. Heat phase II to 80 C and add slowly to phase I in small portions while stirring/homogenizing. Emulsify for 5 minutes at 80.
3. Cool the emulsion in such a way under stirring and air cooling that a continual homogeneous movement is maintained and no air is trapped. Between 65-50 C, a homogenising step is recommended in order to improve the structure. Duration and intensity depend upon the technical conditions.
Too intensive homogenization can cause a higher viscosity in the end product.
4. Stop stirring at 30 C.
