Herstellung im Labormaßstab 1. Die Bestandteile unter 1 werden bei 80 �C aufgeschmolzen , verrührt und Titanium Dioxide verteilt. 2. Wasser auf 80 �C erwärmen und Neo Heliopan hydro verteilen. Zugabe von KOH (pH 7,2-7,5). Unter Rühren klar lösen und Glycerin zugeben. 3. Phase II unter Rühren/Homogenisieren langsam partieweise zu I. geben. 5 Min. bei 80 �C emulgieren. 4. Die Emulsion wird unter Rühren und Luftkühlung so abgekühlt, daß sie ständig in homogener Bewegung bleibt und keine Luft eingerührt wird. Zwischen 65-50 �C empfiehlt sich ein Homogenisierschritt zur Strukturverbesserung. Dauer und Intensität sind abhängig von den maschinellen Gegebenheiten. Eine zu intensive Homogenisierung kann u. U. eine höhere Viskosität im Endprodukt verursachen. 5. Rührende bei 30 �C. Preparation in the laboratory 1. Melt the components of phase I at 80� C, stir homogeneously and distribute Titanium Dioxide evenly. 2. Heat water to 80� C and distribute Neo Heliopan hydro. Add KOH (pH 7.2-7.5). Dissolve until a clear solution is obtained while stirring and add glycerol. 3. Add phase II slowly to phase I in small portions while stirring/homogenizing. Emulsify for 5 minutes at 80� C. 4. Cool the emulsion down in such a way under stirring and air cooling that a continual homogeneous movement is maintained and no air is trapped. Between 65-50� C, a homogenising step is recommended in order to improve the structure. Duration and intensity depend upon the technical conditions. Too intensive homogenization can possibly cause a higher viscosity in the end product. 5. Stop stirring at 30� C.
