Herstellung im Labormaßstab

Die Bestandteile der Phase I werden vorgelegt, auf ca. 80�C erhitzt und dispergiert. Dann wird die Phase II zügig untergerührt, um eine möglichst gleichmäßige, homogene Verteilung des Alkali zu erhalten, bevor die Verdickung infolge der Verseifung eintritt. Es wird ca. 1/2 Stunde verseift, dabei ist darauf achten, daß nicht zu schnell gerührt wird (auch nach der Verseifung!), um eine übermäßige Schaumbildung möglichst zu vermeiden. Nach beendeter Verseifung wird abgekühlt und bei 70� C die geschmolzene Phase III eingearbeitet. Bei 40� C wird entlüftet und anschließend das Parfüm zugegeben. Die Creme wird weitergerührt, bis sie glatt und homogen ist, abschließend wird noch einmal entlüftet, dann kann abgefüllt werden. Die Endviskosität stellt sich nach einigen Tagen ein.

Preparation in the laboratory

Melt the components listed under I at approx. 80� C and stir until homogeneous. Add fastly phase II in order to obtain a homogeneous distribution of the alcaline before the thickening occurs caused by the saponification process. During the saponification (approx. 1/2 h) continue stirring in such a way that the mixture remains in continual motion. Avoid the incorporation of air and foam formation. After saponification allow the emulsion to cool to 70� C and incorporate the previous melted phase III. Allow to cool to 40� C, deairate and incoporate the perfume. Continue stirring until a homogeneous and smooth structure results. Finally deairate and fill. The final viscosity appears after a few days.
