Herstellung im Labormaßstab bei Raumtemperatur Die Bestandteile der Phase I werden 10 min. homogen verrührt. Das Aussehen ist durch Zincum N 29 milchig-trüb. Die Phase II wird separat gemischt und unter Rühren sehr langsam, portionsweise zur Fettphase gegeben. Die Emulsion wird 10 min. nachgerührt und anschließend mittels eines Ultra-Turrax homogenisiert. Ein zu intensives homogenisieren kann zur Erhöhung der Viskosität im Endprodukt führen. Preparation in the laboratory at room temperature Mix components of phase I for 10 min. until uniform. Emulsify for 10 min. and finally homogenize by help of e.g. Ultra-Turrax. Excessive homogenizing can lead to an increase of the final viscosity.
