Herstellung im Labormaßstab Phase I bei 80-85�C schmelzen. Phase II auf 80-85�C erwärmen und unter Rühren zu Phase I geben. Bei Temperatur 5 Minuten rühren. Emulsion auf 40�C unter Rühren abkühlen. Konservierungsmittel und wenn notwendig, wärmeempfindliche Additive hinzufügen. Unter Rühren auf 30�C. pH-Wert z.B. mit Citronensäure einstellen. Preparation in the laboratory Melt phase I at 80 - 85� C. Heat phase II to 80 - 85� C and stir into phase I. Stir at this temperature for 5 minutes. Allow the emulsion to cool to 40� C with stirring. Add preservative and, if necessary, heat-sensitive additive. Cool down to 30� C while stirring. Adjust the pH value e.g. with citric acid.
